Order processing
Most of our products are made to order. Please allow 2 to 7 business days for production before your order ships.

Shipping times
Shipping times vary based on destination, carrier, product type, and seasonal demand. After your order ships, delivery time is typically:
• United States: approximately 2 to 8 business days
• International: delivery times vary by destination and customs processing

Please note that production time and shipping time are separate. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Tracking
If tracking is available for your order, you will receive tracking information by email once your package ships.

Shipping delays
Delays can happen due to weather, carrier issues, customs, holidays, or high order volume. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, but we will help you review the issue if your package appears delayed or lost.

Lost packages
If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us at orders@printhausfinedesigns.com as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Please include your order number and any shipping details you have.

Incorrect shipping addresses
Customers are responsible for entering a correct shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may be required before the order can be reshipped.

Split shipments
Some orders may arrive in separate packages if items are produced or shipped from different facilities.
