Are your items made to order?
Yes. Most items are made specifically for you after you place an order.
How long does processing take?
Most orders are produced within 2 to 7 business days before shipping.
Do you accept returns?
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or ordering the wrong item. If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or lost in transit, contact us within 30 days and we will review the issue.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Can I cancel or change my order?
Maybe, but not always. Orders often move into production quickly. Contact us immediately and we’ll do our best.
