Refund policy
At Print Haus Fine Designs, most items are made to order specifically for you once your order is placed. Because of that, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, ordering the wrong item, ordering the wrong size, or personal preference.
We will gladly help if your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or if your order is lost in transit.
Eligible issues
You may be eligible for a replacement or refund if:
• Your item arrives damaged
• Your item has a manufacturing defect
• You received the wrong item
• Your order is lost in transit
Timeframe to report an issue
Please contact us at returns@printhausfinedesigns.com as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after delivery. For orders that appear lost in transit, please contact us no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
What to include in your email
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
• Your order number
• Your full name
• A short description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the problem, if applicable
Returns
Because our items are custom made, we do not accept general returns or exchanges. In most cases involving damage, defects, or wrong items, you will not be required to return the product unless we specifically request it.
Refunds and replacements
If your claim is approved, we may offer one of the following:
• A replacement item
• A refund to your original payment method
Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
Order changes and cancellations
Because orders move into production quickly, we cannot guarantee cancellations or order changes once an order has been placed. If you need help, contact us immediately at returns@printhausfinedesigns.com and we will do our best to assist.
Incorrect addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we cannot guarantee a refund or free replacement. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
