I ordered this mug as a gift for my husband for the holidays and when I let Lamont know that it had arrived misprinted, he handled it very professionally and sent me a new one. And the new one looks great! Now he has a piece of memorabilia to go with his favorite video game!

The cup feels heavy and well made. It looks nearly exactly as described. There is a slight difference in color like there is a background behind the image but you can barely see that. I would definitely recommend it.

I couldn't choose UPS for shipping. And UPS is the only place that delivers to my brother's house. Everything else goes to a PO box and ended up not making it for Christmas. UPS is faster an more efficient in general. This Christmas gift didnt make it till January

The print was cut off on the mug by a great amount. Hard to understand how something like this got sent out. Mug was shipped in styrofoam that was loose and had an opening straight through to the mug. Didn’t seem very secure. I have contacted the seller about replacing the misaligned print so I hope I can change my review in the future.
